The team at Adjani are pleased to have been appointed by Aretean for Development Advisory of a luxury Build to Sell / Build to Rent residential project that will include a balanced mix of affordable apartments under the NSW Housing Affordability Strategy. Located within the Hills District, the site is a short walk to the Castle Hill Towers shopping precinct, local schools and express metro to the Sydney CBD. Jason Eggleton, Development Manager and lead for the project is collaborating with industry leaders, DKO Architects, Minto Planning and Turf Design Studio.
